These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Coastal Rural Traders website and your purchase of goods from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our associated policies.
Coastal Rural Traders Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and supplies the goods available for purchase.
By placing an Order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
To place an Order, you may be required to provide personal information including your name, email address, phone number, billing details, and shipping address. You confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.
We may provide your information to third‑party payment processors solely for the purpose of completing your transaction.
All prices displayed are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 10%.
Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change without notice. While we aim to ensure accuracy, errors may occur. If we identify an error after you place an Order, we will contact you to confirm, amend, or cancel the Order.

We aim to dispatch Orders within 1 business day. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) still apply. If delivery is unreasonably delayed, you may be entitled to a replacement, a refund, or cancellation of the Order. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Risk in the Goods passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address. Title passes once full payment has been received.
Australian Consumer Law (Mandatory Statement)
Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of Mind Returns
We may offer change‑of‑mind returns at our discretion. Conditions may apply. Faulty or defective Goods are always handled in accordance with ACL.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. This exclusion does not apply to personal injury caused by our negligence, failure to comply with consumer guarantees, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or transport delays.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
