Delivery Policy
DELIVERY CHARGES
When delivery is made directly by Coastal Rural Traders to your nominated address, shipping rates are calculated by suburb and provided on the checkout screen of the Coastal Rural Traders website.
Orders placed by 8am Monday to Friday will usually be delivered that business day (excluding Public Holidays). Where delivery cannot be made as per above then you will advised of alternate delivery arrangements.
Please ensure any specific delivery instructions eg where to leave feed, which shed, anything specific for finding the property etc are placed with your order to avoid any issues or delays.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping of smaller items will be sent by either Australia Post or FastTrack.
Shipping is a $15 Flat rate. Unless otherwise stated.
For some specialty and larger items, there may be a surcharge on top of the 'flat-rate’.

Pick up can be arranged from our Ourimbah NSW store.

Please allow up to 5-10 working days for delivery of items via Australia Post of FastTrack.
